The earlier B1 compact-doorway APPROVE remains superseded owner-rejected history and is not acceptance evidence in either cycle.
1. Map¶
The Executor restored the root public content from exact historic b924926 as a practical product guide, kept the current English Task Board, and created full Russian and Kazakh localizations. It also added a Phase B.2 ONB, EV, two isolated critic reports, and RF while leaving the Project North Star, framework mechanics, Editions, research, knowledge, BoK, old B1 traces, and unrelated files unchanged.
The earlier B1 APPROVE is superseded history and was not used as acceptance evidence. The review applies owner-approved Amendment A6 at master freeze 5dee93d: practical newcomer function and natural full localization control.

4. Formal Return #1 Verdict (historical)¶
🔄 REVISE
The product direction and document function are correct. This is not a return to B1 and not a request to compress or stylistically rewrite the guides. Revision is required because one central localization sentence changes human authority, one canonical operational status is wrong in every language, and the trace reports nine non-Evidence checks as real-environment VERIFIED Evidence. Those are material meaning, fact, and TFW-trace defects under the approved acceptance boundary.
Items to fix¶
- Restore the Russian human stop-responsibility meaning. At
README.ru.md:27, replaceобязанность остановить работуwith natural Russian that preserves human responsibility/decision authority to stop when warranted, not an unconditional duty to stop the work. Keep the acceptable How-It-Works boundary semantically aligned. The same Russian critic must re-read the complete new exact-final blob, provide the required back-translation/semantic table, and explicitly rule on this boundary. - Use the canonical task status in every guide. At
README.md:209,README.ru.md:201, andREADME.kk.md:201, replace⛔ BLOCKEDwith authoritative❌ BLOCKED. Re-run lifecycle/source parity. Because both localized blobs change, the same RU and KK critics must complete exact-final rechecks against the new Git object. - Correct the Evidence classification without discarding useful verification. In EV E1–E9/final verdict and RF §5, preserve the deterministic Git/document results but report the approved Evidence disposition:
0 VERIFIED / 0 DEFERRED / 0 BLOCKED / 9 N/A. The current trace cannot invoke MAY-deviate because it contains no deviation/justification and no target-environment reception or operating observation; do not redescribe document checks or language critique as such Evidence. - Reproduce all final gates on one new target. Explicit non-blocking limits¶
- The accepted KK
пенalternative is a LOW taste preference and must not create another wording loop. - English/RU/KK size and the section-growth figures are descriptive only; there is no ceiling, target band, or compression requirement.
- The missing Iteration 2 and TFW-54 targets pre-date B.2 and are outside this Executor return.
- D66 remains stale until an eventual APPROVE authorizes
/tfw-docs; do not edit KNOWLEDGE during revision. - Do not add BoK, research reconstruction, mechanics changes, Edition changes, or unrelated cleanup.

No new tech debt. The two RF observations are pre-existing trace/knowledge conditions with explicit dispositions. The three verdict findings are required current-phase corrections and are not eligible for backlog deferral.

Across f02c240d…abed57f…, seven permitted Executor files changed: EN/RU/KK production corrections plus EV, RF, and the two full critic reports. At exact freeze 36075b4, RU/KK blobs are e67f45a7… / 42db59ee…; the target public English prefix is byte-identical to that freeze, and only the normal TFW-55 board row changes later.

✅ APPROVE
Revision #1 closes every material formal-return finding, passes the complete required target audit, and introduces no new material defect in function, meaning, facts, authority, navigation, naturalness, or TFW trace integrity. This verdict does not rely on the old B1 APPROVE or on RF self-certification.
Explicit non-blocking limits remain: the accepted KK пен alternative is LOW/taste-only; word growth is descriptive rather than a ceiling/band; missing TFW-55 Iteration 2 and TFW-54 targets are pre-existing/out of scope; D66 is corrected only by coordinator-owned post-APPROVE /tfw-docs; no BoK or unrelated cleanup is authorized.
