1. What Was Done¶
The rejected compact doorway was replaced with a practical project guide derived from the exact historic public prefix. The new English guide again explains the continuity problem, audiences, Editions, installation/initialization, three project states, exact commands, repository structure, workflow concepts, adapters, updating, and public routes. Russian and Kazakh now provide the same complete capability in natural target-language prose without a Task Board.
Formal REVIEW Return #1¶
The formal Reviewer returned target f8b0731b1624f7ab28f80020519702cb85e6014b as REVISE. Canonical REVIEW trace commit f02c240dcd9a471e209dc1bc106ff15968ad4854 was fast-forwarded into this Executor lineage without editing the REVIEW or its review/phase-b2/ stage files. The bounded revision:
- replaces the Russian duty-to-stop drift with retained human responsibility for the stop decision in both the definition and How It Works;
- replaces

No master/phase plan, Phase A artifact, old B1 trace, research, .tfw/README.md, Edition, core mechanic, adapter, visual, KNOWLEDGE.md, BoK, or unrelated file was modified.
2. Key Decisions¶
- Function governed restoration. Every historic heading was kept. Sentences changed only for current facts, authority, stale navigation, Edition/command/path mechanics, or minimal Philosophy-of-Trace alignment.
- English was reconstructed as two regions. Only the public prefix came from
b924926; the Task Board came from the exact Executor start commit. No whole historical README restore occurred. - Philosophy stayed bounded. One practical definition states the methodology, selected Trace, six human responsibilities, and bounded agents. The essay link carries the full argument; no NS1/NS2/NS3 mirror or second essay was added.
- Current sources overruled stale prose. Edition selection/migration, Quick Start, all 11 commands, repository/core structure, adapters, lifecycle/evidence mechanics, update flow, and navigation were checked against their live repository sources.
- Localization was independently challenged twice. Separate read-only RU and KK critics read the original frozen Git objects. Formal REVIEW exposed two misses; the same critics explicitly acknowledged them and re-read the complete new exact objects at
36075b4, accepting RU blobe67f45a7…and KK blob42db59ee…with unresolved HIGH 0/0. - Taste did not create an endless loop. The new exact-final KK-F-L1 observation is LOW, changes no meaning or function, and was explicitly accepted by the critic without reopening the accepted blob.
- The old chain remains visible as superseded. Old B1 RF and old B1 REVIEW are unchanged. Their APPROVE verified the wrong compact-doorway function and was superseded by owner rejection.
- Verification is not Evidence. All nine TS Evidence fields are
N/A; Git/document checks and language critique remain useful acceptance verification but are not relabeled as target-environment or human-reception Evidence.
Source-growth provenance¶
The historic public prefix had 1,485 words. The frozen practical guide had 2,129; the exact-final public prefix has 2,149 because self-audit restored the baseline Conduct row. These counts are descriptive, not a target.

Every addition maps to a newcomer capability, current factual correction, authority correction, or retained historic function. Nothing was added or removed to hit a preferred size.

The final target preserves the accepted English public prefix byte-for-byte; only the permitted TFW-55 board row advances from REVISE to RF.

KNOWLEDGE.mdD66 remains intentionally stale until a new formal APPROVE authorizes/tfw-docsclosure.- This Executor has not resumed formal review. The coordinator must send the new RF target to the same independent Reviewer; this Executor stops at RF.
