Map — "What was done?"

Mindset: Experienced newcomer. You arrived after someone else's work. Understand before you judge. No opinions yet — only comprehension. Test: "Can I explain what was done to someone who hasn't read the RF?" Review target: f8b0731b1624f7ab28f80020519702cb85e6014b RF: RF Phase B.2 TS: TS Phase B.2

Understanding

The Executor replaced the previously rejected compact public doorway with a practical project guide derived from the exact public prefix of b924926:README.md, while retaining the live English Task Board from the Phase B.2 execution baseline. It then replaced the Russian and Kazakh doorway summaries with full localized project guides, collected isolated draft and exact-final language critiques, and recorded the restoration, localization, integrity checks, and superseded B1 history in new Phase B.2 ONB, EV, language-review, and RF artifacts.

The implementation claims eight execution-stage paths: three modified root READMEs and five new Phase B.2 trace files. It deliberately leaves the approved Project North Star essay, master/phase contracts, framework mechanics, Editions, old B1 traces, research, knowledge, BoK sources, and unrelated files unchanged.

TS ↔ RF Alignment

TS requirement RF claim Aligned?
AC-1 — exact b924926 baseline, complete disposition ledger, classified changes, current board source RF §3 reports 1,485 words, the required SHA-256, complete EV ledgers, and start commit 2a534c70… for the board tail ✅ claimed
AC-2 — English remains a practical project guide with all seven newcomer functions RF §§1–4 report every practical section restored and a seven-question walkthrough ✅ claimed
AC-3 — minimal Philosophy-of-Trace alignment without a second essay RF §§2–4 report one bounded definition, human authority, selected Trace, removed overclaims, and an outward essay link ✅ claimed
AC-4 — current Editions, starts, commands, mechanics, paths, anchors, and links RF §4 reports current source checks, 11 exact commands, 35 targets per language, and preserved external strings ✅ claimed
AC-5 — complete natural Russian localization RF §§3–5 cite full parity, strict UTF-8, exact identifiers, no board, and exact-final critic acceptance ✅ claimed
AC-6 — complete natural Kazakh localization RF §§3–5 cite full parity, strict UTF-8, exact identifiers, no board, and exact-final critic acceptance ✅ claimed
AC-7 — independent critic closure and exact-final lineage RF §§2–4 report separate RU/KK critics, all 22 draft findings dispositioned, exact-final rechecks, and unresolved HIGH 0/0 ✅ claimed
AC-8 — language switch, board/source integrity, encoding, and approved production scope RF §§3–4 report one EN board, zero RU/KK boards, non-TFW-55 tail and TFW-60 identity, unchanged essay blob, and three production paths ✅ claimed
AC-9 — corrective provenance, complete trace, no placeholders or BoK, stale D66 deferred RF §§1–6 and §10 identify both baselines, owner rejection, superseded B1, evidence artifacts, D66 deferral, and residual limits ✅ claimed

Deviations from TS

The RF reports no scope or implementation deviations. The execution diff is claimed as exactly the eight TS-authorized paths, with 1,415 changed lines against the TS estimate of no more than 1,800. The RF also records one accepted non-blocking Kazakh LOW observation (KK-F-L1) and one pre-existing missing TFW-55 Iteration 2 target; neither is presented as a deviation or repaired in execution.

The first Phase B RF/REVIEW remains a separate superseded chain. Its earlier APPROVE is not used as acceptance evidence for Phase B.2; the controlling product requirement is the owner-approved Amendment A6 at master freeze 5dee93d.

Checkpoint

Self-check: - [x] Read RF §1–§5 completely? - [x] Read TS DoD and matched each item to RF §3? - [x] Read HL §7 Principles — can I state the design philosophy? - [x] Read ONB — were blocking questions resolved?
