Daily Task — record the exact immutable folder ID and human-readable title

Replace these instructions with observed task facts; omit an inapplicable optional field with its reason. This form creates new records only. Use the receiving project's existing split instead when its governing rules require one; never rewrite historical records to match this template.

1. Source and attribution

Record the actual human request author, accountable/accepting authority, source reference and observed time, and actual worker/unit. Select exact material human excerpts with author/source. Disclose an unknown identity; no project handle, permission or acceptance may be fabricated. Link relevant prior records exactly when they affect this work.

2. Goal, Value and Boundaries

State the desired change, for whom and why, permitted actions and protected objects, reserved effects, who accepts, and the observable completion condition. Keep this distinct from a checklist of activity.

3. Context before action

Retain the actual pre-action checkpoint: inspected governing rules, current object/product sources and their epochs, bounded prior-work search and inspected match or honest no-match, currentness and authority assessment, North Star/Values fit, consequential Question and its dependent stop if any. Do not retrospectively fill a missing gate as if observed earlier.

4. Result, decisions and check

Link every product at its ordinary project path. Record material decisions and dated revisions without erasing earlier meaning, exact checks and observed outputs, and limits/uncertainty. Keep prepared, checked, accepted and released claims separate. An optional material Fact Candidate retains its exact source, scope and uncertainty; it does not publish a project fact.

Economics binding and cumulative returns

Before work, bind the exact producer/unit, own numeric source ID/recipe/version, proven range start, offset and actual owner/project. Use .tfw/economics/README.md to retain one explicit selected-record binding block in this form or a compatible local form; this metadata grants no Full authority. Before each orderly return retain actual cumulative numbers and immutable file/revision/hash/range/ cutoff links. Preserve prior revisions, latest exact failures/unknown reasons and last-good bytes. At completion link the final snapshot and concise economic summary with contributor membership, token/money/time meaning, partial coverage and finite final-message/cleanup tail. A binding gap is nonmeasured with actual producer, known facts/reasons and whether extraction was attempted.

5. Next or close

Name the exact next act and its authority, including any blocked dependent effect and available independent work. Claim close only with actual applicable acceptance. Another authorized worker must be able to recover source, purpose, boundary, result and check from this record and linked objects.

Used quote and valuation basis

When money is valued, link the immutable task-owned used quote file/hash, exact model/profile, official source URL/hash and checked time; distinguish known effective date from unknown. Name recorded basis, historical reconstruction or current/conditional revaluation. Preserve old report epochs and original numeric revisions. A failed lookup shows its precise cause, last-known quote/date and current-valuation gap; reused fresh quotes need no lookup each cumulative turn.
