Map — "What was done?"

Mindset: Experienced newcomer. You arrived after someone else's work. Understand before you judge. No opinions yet — only comprehension. Test: "Can I explain what was done to someone who hasn't read the RF?" RF: Phase A.2 RF TS: Phase A.2 TS

Understanding

The Executor preserved the approved problem-led North Star while adding the owner-approved value and Success Criteria semantics, then repaired the twelve active production consumers that use those semantics. The result keeps priority 0 and priority 1 distinct, changes planning and review from file/anchor checks to meaning-and-relevance checks, synchronizes four installed workflow copies, and limits the TFW-60 edit to its current header and free §7.2. The Executor also records the external dirty-state baseline, a disposable integration proof, and the unchanged original Phase A approval as corrective provenance.

TS ↔ RF Alignment

TS requirement RF claim Aligned?
AC-1 — capture and preserve the exact shared-workspace baseline Exact entry/final manifests, explicit-path ownership, and disposable integration are reported in RF §§3–5 and EV §4
AC-2 — dispose all 8 TFW-25 values and 4 TFW-32 outcomes RF reports a 12-row ledger: 6 restore, 5 merge, 1 retire, with targets and reasons in EV §2
AC-3 — preserve a coherent North Star within 4,200 words RF reports 1,857 clean / 1,864 integrated words, the problem-led sequence, and no filler or BoK expansion
AC-4 — keep restored semantics domain-agnostic and evidence-bounded RF reports required/prohibited semantic checks and bounded Trace, authority, knowledge, and acceptance language
AC-5 — repair every active consumer without rewriting history RF lists all twelve production consumers, a classified census, two permitted TFW-60 hunks, and zero historical diff
AC-6 — make semantic PV planning mandatory RF reports priorities 0–4 full / 5–7 by relevance, distinct priority 0/1 citations, fixtures, and exact plan copies
AC-7 — make review verify relevance, not only resolution RF reports semantic and relevance checks, discrepancy escalation, fixtures, and exact review copies
AC-8 — preserve and explain the original Phase A APPROVE RF states that the verdict remains unchanged and identifies the omitted consumer/anchor-only acceptance boundary
AC-9 — rerun final integrity, scope, encoding, link, and copy checks RF §4 and EV §§5–8 report final counts, hashes, UTF-8/mojibake, links, copies, scope, and manifest checks
AC-10 — keep execution, review, returns, and knowledge closure role-separated RF marks the Executor portion complete and the separate Reviewer plus post-APPROVE closure DEFERRED, as required at handoff

Deviations from TS

No RF work outside the approved scope is declared. AC-10 is intentionally incomplete at the Executor boundary: the formal Reviewer verdict and any post-APPROVE /tfw-docs or /tfw-knowledge work belong to later locked roles. The RF reports no implementation deviation and no blocker requiring a contract change.

Checkpoint

Self-check: - [x] Read RF §1-§5 completely? - [x] Read TS DoD and matched each item to RF §3? - [x] Read HL §7 Principles — can I state the design philosophy? - [x] Read ONB — were blocking questions resolved?

Stage complete: YES

Formal Attempt 2 — Return 1 Remap

Entry gate: exact HEAD 08799a3824c4fe318ec7500b8d70ae0d4ec33045; index and worktree clean before every review write. Formal return counter entering this verdict: 1/3. The stopped setup task remains excluded.

Attempt 2 reviews the same implementation and Reviewer lineage. The return contains two bounded corrections only:

Return requirement Actual change Boundary result
D2 — correct master-HL §7.2 row 6 Coordinator commit f40c898 changes one row in free §7.2 from F7/F9/F17–F19 and an unsupported newcomer claim to F7/F9/F19 and three narrower applications ✅ One free-section row only; no frozen, A7, Task Board, production, or foreign path changed
D1 — correct exact-final census evidence Executor commit 08799a3 changes EV §§5/8 and the dependent RF verification line ✅ EV/RF only; no implementation, ONB, Task Board, REVIEW, history, or foreign path changed
Preserve prior PASS result Compare the twelve production blobs at 6816c6e and 08799a3 ✅ 12/12 byte-identical; implementation manifest mismatch 0

The corrected RF now distinguishes all three measured states: clean implementation 46, expected owner-integrated 47, and pre-integration owner tree 49 excluded from final evidence. The master citation now claims only the compact top-level value set, the secondary motto as a brand anchor, and naming consistency as a design rule—the meanings actually carried by F7, F9, and F19.

Attempt-2 checkpoint

  • [x] Read the attempt-1 REVIEW and verify stage before judging the return?
  • [x] Read both correction commits and their complete diffs?
  • [x] Re-mapped every TS AC to the corrected RF and unchanged implementation?
  • [x] Confirmed no new scope, implementation, ONB, frozen-contract, or history change entered the return?

Formal attempt 2 map complete: YES
