Map — "What was done?"

Mindset: Experienced newcomer. Understand before judging. RF: RF Phase A TS: TS Phase A Execution commits: c67deaf54ed52fdeb231e0e2f5a1feff4c044bc7, cada005469d1751a9ea2d9950ad1093f29d55300

Understanding

The Executor first recorded a no-blocker onboarding trace, then rewrote .tfw/README.md as a problem-led English Project North Star essay. The delivery defines selected Trace and continuability, keeps legitimate authority and accountability human or institutional, states Philosophy of Trace → TFW methodology → realizations, bounds self-awareness and Editions claims, and provides directly linkable NS1NS3 purpose, principles, and non-goals.

The same delivery created the mandatory EV and RF traces and moved only the TFW-55 Task Board control row to RF. It did not create a BoK, Phase B translations, framework-mechanics changes, or a REVIEW artifact.

TS ↔ RF Alignment

TS requirement RF claim Aligned?
AC-1 — problem-led definition and architecture RF §3 maps the opening, definition, architecture, repository role, and category bound
AC-2 — Trace and continuability RF §3 and EV map selected material continuity, ordinary-language F1–F4 semantics, result/state, continuation, and proportional assurance
AC-3 — human/agent authority boundary RF §3 and EV identify the authority-bearing sentences plus the three narrowed source claims
AC-4 — citable Project North Star RF §3 reports literal ns1, ns2, ns3 IDs and purpose tests within the unchanged ceiling
AC-5 — evidence-bounded claims RF §3 points to twenty claim dispositions; novelty, deterministic, self-maintaining, and field-effect overclaims are absent or bounded
AC-6 — bounded self-awareness and Editions RF §3 maps six operational questions, explicit non-sentience/non-authority limits, and proportional realizations
AC-7 — unambiguous authority/update paths RF §3 separates North Star, living mechanics, corpus/history, and future subordinate BoK destinations
AC-8 — concise, coherent, navigable essay RF §3/§4 reports 1,548 words, 105 lines, 9/9 local links, 3/3 IDs, and problem-led heading order
AC-9 — reviewable provenance and subtraction RF §3 and EV provide nine mappings, source/claim and subtraction ledgers, BoK check, raw outputs, and consistent statuses

Scope and Contract Alignment

  • Master contract baseline: a60bc6dce1dd467251f3868ba468fbb429d35fe0.
  • Approved planning baseline: c5da85ed531c00ce22e91ba34d30b69722561411.
  • Executor diff: five expected paths — .tfw/README.md, README.md, ONB, EV, and RF.
  • Root public prose was unchanged; the only root README change is the TFW-55 Task Board row.
  • Master HL has no diff from a60bc6d; Phase HL and TS have no diff from c5da85e.
  • Pre-existing TFW-54 and TFW-55 research/tmp dirty paths remain outside both Executor commits.

Deviations from TS

No deviations. The explicit HTML IDs are an implementation choice consistent with the TS requirement for stable directly linkable anchors.

Checkpoint

Self-check:

  • [x] Read RF §1–§5 completely.
  • [x] Read TS acceptance criteria and matched every AC to RF §3.
  • [x] Read master HL §7 Principles at the contract baseline and can state the design philosophy.
  • [x] Read ONB and confirmed there were no unresolved blocking questions.
