Map — "What was done?"¶
Mindset: Experienced newcomer. You arrived after someone else's work. Understand before you judge. No opinions yet — only comprehension. Test: "Can I explain what was done to someone who hasn't read the RF?" RF: RF Phase C TS: TS Phase C Mode: docs
Understanding¶
The executor completed the final phase of TFW-46 (Evidence Layer): added 5 Evidence-related glossary entries under a new ## Evidence Terms heading, fixed TD-2/TD-118 stale reference (RF §7 → RF §8 in Strategic Insight entry), synced 6 adapter workflow copies (3 Antigravity + 3 Claude Code) via byte-identical file copy from canonical .tfw/workflows/ sources, bumped VERSION to 0.8.8, and wrote the CHANGELOG entry covering all three TFW-46 phases. Key decision: Evidence Status Vocabulary as a separate glossary entry (referenceable independently from the Evidence concept).
TS ↔ RF Alignment¶
| TS requirement | RF claim | Aligned? |
|---|---|---|
| AC-1: Glossary updated with 5 Evidence terms + TD-2 fix | RF §3 AC-1: ✅ 5 entries under ## Evidence Terms, TD-2 fixed, domain-agnostic |
✅ |
| AC-2: 6 adapter workflow copies synced (byte-identical) | RF §3 AC-2: ✅ SHA256 hash verification, all 6 pairs confirmed | ✅ |
| AC-3: VERSION → 0.8.8 | RF §3 AC-3: ✅ .tfw/VERSION = 0.8.8 |
✅ |
| AC-4: CHANGELOG [0.8.8] entry (depends AC-3) | RF §3 AC-4: ✅ Added (9 items) + Changed (3 items), references TFW-46 A/B/C | ✅ |
Deviations from TS¶
RF lists 10 modified files; TS §4 lists 9. The extra file is README.md (Task Board links for Phase C TS and ONB). This is standard task board maintenance, not a scope deviation.
Checkpoint¶
Self-check: - [x] Read RF §1-§5 completely? - [x] Read TS DoD and matched each item to RF §3? - [x] Read HL §7 Principles — can I state the design philosophy? (Domain-agnostic evidence, honest incompleteness, coordinator designs / executor collects, proportional to risk) - [x] Read ONB — were blocking questions resolved? (No blocking questions)
