1. What Was Done¶
Evidence Layer Phase C: finalized TFW-46 by adding 5 Evidence terms to the glossary, fixing TD-118 stale reference, syncing 6 adapter workflow copies (3 Antigravity + 3 Claude Code), bumping VERSION to 0.8.8, writing the CHANGELOG entry covering all three phases, and closing 3 tech debt items (TD-111, TD-112, TD-117) in a KNW cleanup pass.
