1. Map¶
The executor updated 3 glossary entries to reflect the new research/iterN/ folder structure and co-located RES.md convention from Phase A. Added agent (free-text) and sources (list) as optional fields in the iterations.yaml glossary entry. Synced 4 adapter workflow copies (2 Antigravity + 2 Claude Code) to match Phase B source files — the TS §4 table listed only 2, but AC-2 explicitly required checking all adapter directories, which the executor identified and handled via ONB §4 Recommendation #1. Bumped VERSION to 0.8.6 and recorded all 3 phases in a consolidated CHANGELOG entry with phase attribution tags.

All 8 claimed files verified (100%). One cosmetic discrepancy: RF narrative says "10 changelog items" but actual count is 9. Not a DoD violation.

4. Verdict¶
✅ APPROVE
All 3 acceptance criteria are met. Glossary entries accurately reflect the new folder structure. All 4 adapter copies are byte-identical to their source workflows. Version 0.8.6 is consistent across VERSION, CHANGELOG, and project_config.yaml. The executor correctly identified and synced 4 adapter copies (not 2 as TS §4 table suggested) per AC-2's explicit directive — good judgment. The minor discrepancy (RF says "10 items", actual is 9) is a narrative counting error that does not affect deliverable quality.
This completes TFW-42 across all 3 phases.
