2. Key Decisions

  1. 4 adapter copies synced, not 2. TS §4 listed only .agent/workflows/ but AC-2 explicitly says "Other adapter directories (claude-code, cursor) checked — if workflow copies exist, sync them too." .claude/commands/ had stale copies of both workflows. Cursor adapter has only a template file — no action needed. Total: 4 files synced.

  2. CHANGELOG captures all 3 phases in one entry. Since all 3 phases (A, B, C) ship together under version 0.8.6, the changelog entry consolidates them with phase attribution tags (TFW-42/A, /B, /C) for traceability.
