Phase C updates 3 documentation files to reflect versioning infrastructure (Phase A) and workflows (Phase B). No new files — pure documentation updates. All content specified in TS.

- Root README.md table inconsistency. The "Root Files" table has a blank line between
KNOWLEDGE.mdandTECH_DEBT.md(line 53-54). This was noted as observation in Phase A RF. TS says to addRELEASE.md— I will add it to this table. Not fixing the blank line (out of scope).

6. Inconsistencies with Code (spec vs reality)¶
.tfw/README.md§Canonical Workflows currently says "three canonical workflows" — same inconsistency as conventions.md (which Phase B already fixed to "five"). Will update to "five" per TS.
