REVIEW — TFW-60 / Phase AB: Honest Migration (revision 2)¶
Date: 2026-08-30 Author: Claude Code (Reviewer),
on_behalf_of: saubakirov, via: claude-codeVerdict: ✅ APPROVE Reviews the REVISE correction round — commit4846f27, closing revision 1's D1 and D2 RF: RF Phase AB, revision 2 TS: TS Phase AB, revision 2 — unchanged Revision 1: REVIEW — 🔄 REVISE; its analysis stands and is not repeated here Contract baseline: master HL at810b1b8Stage files:review/rev2/map.md,review/rev2/verify.md,review/rev2/judge.mdThis file is a synthesis of stage findings. Reference stage files for raw evidence.
1. Map¶
The correction round is one commit touching three implementation paths, two byte copies and five work artifacts. It does exactly what revision 1 asked: the string constant **Unaccounted: 0.** and the two test assertions that enshrined it are deleted, leaving the computed ## Guarantees checked table as the manifest's only guarantee rendering; the two sentences claiming both temporary update directories are gitignored are deleted from update.md and its two copies, with the file at 840 words and every AC-6 rule intact. The phase journal gains the event the first round lacked — clock-read at 10:38:47, saying in its own summary that it records the earlier execution → RF handoff without back-dating. The EV's E3 row now distinguishes the collision rule "verified as text" from the directory-side refusal that is a real test. TD-200 and TD-201 were not taken; the RF says so, and the TS has no revision 3.
2. Verify¶

Not verified: nothing new to leave out; the three external corpora remain accepted on the stated method, as at rev1.
3. Judge¶
| # | Check | Status | Evidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | DoD met? (all TS acceptance criteria) | ✅ | AC-2 and AC-6 now clean; the rest verified at rev1 on code this round does not touch; AC-8 release correctly DEFERRED |
| 2 | Purpose Check + design soundness | ✅ | DoD 20 and NS1 at 810b1b8; the round removed the last sentence that could say "zero" without a count; no design surface moved |
| 3 | Tech debt documented | ✅ | RF §6 unchanged; TD-200/201 explicitly left to the reviewer's filing |
| 4 | Style & standards | ✅ | Commit grammar; honest late event. Cosmetic: RF §1 still says "852 words" in one cell where §4 says 840 |
| 5 | Observations collected | ✅ | none owed by a deletion round |
| 6 | RF completeness (§7-9 present) | ✅ | unchanged, justified |
| 7 | Evidence completeness — does it exist? | ✅ | E2/E3/E6 revised; dated correction section in the gates file |
| 8 | Evidence sufficiency — does it establish the claim? | ✅ | every claim re-established by an independent run here |
| 9 | Backward compatibility | ✅ | deletions of a duplicated sentence and a false claim; no consumer parsed either |
| 10 | Safety | ✅ | refusal ordering untouched; deletions only |
4. Verdict¶
✅ APPROVE
Both REVISE items are closed by the smallest possible edit — deletion — and the deletions were verified by running the tool, not by reading the diff alone: the rendered manifest carries three computed HELD rows and no constant, the workflow makes no claim about ignore rules, and the full suite is green at 283. The phase now meets DoD 20 without a residue in its own files: the migration tools refuse what they cannot parse whole, compute every guarantee they print, keep identifier bytes in prose, and one grammar with the owner in the loop is issued for new tasks. The executor also closed TD-205 in the honest form — a late event that says it is late.
What remains open is outside the executor's grant and is filed: TD-200 (event template still says "provider family"), TD-201 (artifact naming for the current grammar), TD-202 (KNOWLEDGE.md D68 and §3 Legacy — /tfw-docs, now), TD-203, TD-204. The next act is /tfw-release: VERSION, CHANGELOG and a verified tag as one operation, per TS AC-8 and conventions.md §15.
5. Tech Debt Collected¶
| # | Source | Severity | File | Description | Action |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| TD-205 | REVIEW TFW-60/AB §3 row 4 | Low | phase-ab/journal/ |
Closed by 20260830-103847__transition__6544.md: a clock-read event that records the missing execution → RF handoff and says so |
✅ closed 2026-08-30 |
No new debt from this round. The stale "852" cell in RF §1 is below the bar for a row: the same file states the current figure twice and the evidence dates both.

7. Fact Candidates¶

No fact candidates. The round contained no human ruling; the owner's decisions for this phase are recorded in HL §12 A5, TS §2 and the ONB.
