Understanding¶
The Executor replaced only the English onboarding above ## Task Board, created independent Russian and Kazakh root doorways, and preserved the English file as the semantic source and sole Task Board. The delivery also records ONB, a structured EV, two isolated language-critique chains, and RF; its central decisions are to count English only before the board, preserve semantic units rather than mirrored syntax, close material language findings, and avoid filler below the 550-word orientation band.
The implementation claims three narrow production files (README.md, README.ru.md, README.kk.md) and five Phase B trace/evidence files. It claims no change to the reviewed .tfw/README.md, contracts, research, living specification, Editions, brand assets, BoK, runtime, or other task rows.

Deviations from TS¶
RF declares no deviation. The final word counts sit slightly below the preferred 550–700 orientation (EN/RU/KK 523/528/526), but both HL and TS define that band as guidance rather than a quota; RF supplies a no-filler justification. RF also records the pre-existing absent research/iter2/RES.md target as a shared-checkout observation and explicitly does not repair it.
