review/map.md,review/verify.md,review/judge.mdThis file is a synthesis of stage findings. Reference stage files for raw evidence.
1. Map¶
TFW-50 started from the published/restored bc6779e baseline, implemented one six-existing-path Markdown-only attribution change in 389168a, and then reopened after the user identified an Executor/handoff-centered consumer gap. A bounded RES iteration separated subject format from commit cadence, selected universal configuration C7, revised HL/TS/ONB, and constrained corrective writes to conventions/glossary while preserving four prior reconciliation blobs.
The final result has one normative owner, one concise glossary reference, handoff/release conflict reconciliation, full read-only consumer-corpus verification, and no runtime or cadence mechanism. Executor evidence deliberately left the current-task Reviewer subject and independent final history audit to this review.
2. Verify¶
| # | What was checked | Result | Evidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Baseline and full task history, not patch-only | ✅ | origin/master = bc6779e; baseline tree equals restored v0.9.0; linear original-plan → implementation → correction → RES → revised execution chain in Verify V1 |
| 2 | Sole owner, grammar, and exact terminology | ✅ | One conventions sentence/example; glossary does not duplicate grammar; exact agent, task, scope, role, summary, metadata, and authentication boundaries in Verify V2 |
| 3 | Six-path total implementation and two-file correction | ✅ | 389168a changes exactly six existing allowlist paths; c7a0055..420fdbe changes only conventions/glossary; unexpected 0, missing 0 in Verify V4 |
| 4 | Handoff/release preservation | ✅ | Four current blobs equal 389168a; corrected subject/push semantics and unrelated Evidence drift preserved in Verify V3 |
| 5 | Universal roles and full active corpus | ✅ | All roles load the owner; 16 workflows, 19 adapters, 14 .agent, 11 .agents, 12 .claude files audited; no conflicting subject, automatic-push rule, duplicate grammar, or added cadence in Verify V5 |
| 6 | Current-task all-role history / AC-6 | ✅ | Reviewer commit 6c4e321; final bc6779e..HEAD audit: 16/16 valid, Coordinator 3, Researcher 5, Executor 7, Reviewer 1, TFW-49 hits 0 in Verify V6 |
| 7 | Tests, render/build, cleanup, and publication | ✅ | 55 unit + 13 integration tests passed; integration ran real MkDocs build; generated paths removed; ignored-user manifest unchanged; remote stayed at baseline in Verify V7 |
| 8 | Project Values and external primary source | ✅ | 22/22 HL/ONB citation rows resolve; official Git docs support subject-vs-metadata/authentication boundary; hallucinations 0 in Verify V8 |
Raw verification log: see review/verify.md. Verification was expanded to 100% of RF §1 paths plus the complete active consumer corpus; nothing material remained unverified.
3. Judge¶
| # | Check | Status | Evidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | DoD met? (all TS acceptance criteria) | ✅ | AC-1 through AC-5 independently pass; Reviewer trace and final range audit resolve AC-6 |
| 2 | Philosophy aligned | ✅ | All seven HL principles pass their mapped AC gates; no principle violation in review/judge.md |
| 3 | Tech debt documented | ✅ | Both RF observations verified and explicitly triaged |
| 4 | Style & standards | ✅ | Exact scope, English artifacts, one owner, no placeholders, clean diff checks |
| 5 | Observations collected | ✅ | Pre-existing docs/release role-label drift is real but safely overridden by §15 and did not produce subject/push conflicts; not promoted |
| 6 | RF completeness (§7-9 present) | ✅ | Fact Candidates, Strategic Insights, and the single-owner/four-role/no-cadence diagram are present and substantive |
| 7 | Evidence completeness | ✅ | EV accurately preserved Executor-time deferral; Reviewer evidence completes it without modifying EV/RF |
| 8 | Analytical quality | ✅ | Research retains and falsifies the 33-file cadence expansion before selecting C7; revised artifacts and execution follow the surviving configuration |
| 9 | Source attribution | ✅ | Local citations and official Git primary-source claims resolve with zero hallucinations |
No TS Definition of Failure condition is triggered. See review/judge.md for the principle matrix, failure matrix, observation triage, and KNOWLEDGE cross-check.
4. Verdict¶
✅ APPROVE
TFW-50 satisfies the revised all-role contract without importing the rejected cadence or runtime machinery. The implementation boundary is exactly six existing paths, the corrective write is exactly conventions/glossary, the four handoff/release files are byte-stable to 389168a, and the larger workflow/adapter/skill corpus contains no competing subject or automatic-push rule. Terminology precisely separates declared subject context from Git author/committer metadata and authentication.
AC-6 is complete through current-task evidence rather than TFW-49: local Reviewer commit 6c4e321 uses the same grammar, and the independent post-commit range inspection found 16/16 valid TFW-50 subjects across all four roles. Unit and integration/render checks pass, generated debris is gone, ignored user files are unchanged, and origin/master remains bc6779e.
5. Tech Debt Collected¶
No items promoted. RF's two pre-existing role-header inconsistencies do not currently cause a subject, ownership, or publication error because conventions §15 is authoritative and actual marked subjects use coordinator. A future cosmetic normalization would require separately approved scope.
6. Traces Updated¶
- [x] README Task Board — TFW-50 set to 📚 KNW and REVIEW linked
- [ ] HL status — not modified; Reviewer role lock forbids HL changes
- [x] project_config.yaml — N/A; no task-sequence change required
- [x] Other project files — checked for stale/conflicting subject or push guidance; no write required
- [x] tfw-docs: Applied — updated KNOWLEDGE.md §§1-3 (D55, Key Artifacts, Legacy & Deprecation)
- [x] tfw-knowledge: Applied — 43 source signals consolidated into 12 candidate clusters; promoted process F26 and constraint F8; 9 rejected signals; remaining clusters deduplicated/unchanged.
7. Fact Candidates¶
No new Reviewer-observed human facts. The two user-sourced corrections already recorded in RES/RF — all-role coverage and strict separation of subject format from commit cadence — pass the Human-Only Test and should be handled later by /tfw-knowledge without duplication here.
