1. Map¶
Phase B delivered a complete Codex adapter: 11 handwritten skills in .tfw/adapters/codex/skills/, installed as exact copies in .agents/skills/tfw-*/, with an adapter README that serves as an executable install/repair contract, a marker-bounded AGENTS.md routing block, and updates to README, init.md, update.md, glossary, conventions, and quickstart. The executor was Codex itself — it created its own adapter, installed it, and verified routing by running /tfw-handoff [TFW-47](../HL-TFW-47__codex_adapter_shortcut_skills.md) phase b through the installed skill. Legacy source-command-tfw-* duplicates were removed. Key deviation from TS: the invocation contract was corrected from $tfw-* primary to /tfw-* primary based on live Codex observation — a positive deviation that makes the adapter truthful.

4. Verdict¶
✅ APPROVE
All 7 acceptance criteria met. 7/7 VERIFIED in evidence — including live Codex Desktop verification (AC-7), which was the key risk. The adapter is functional: Codex discovers repo-local skills, routes /tfw-* commands to canonical workflows, enforces role locks, and leaves filesystem traces.
The most significant positive deviation is the invocation contract correction: research concluded $tfw-* was primary, but live testing proved /tfw-* is the correct user-facing contract. The executor documented the supersession honestly (RF §2 D7, RF §6 Obs #3) rather than silently changing the research record. This is exactly how TFW traces should work.
Phase B evidence folder created and populated — Phase A enforcement validated on Phase B itself.
