Understanding¶
Phase B integrated the Evidence concept (established in Phase A) into TFW's three lifecycle workflows. The executor inserted a new Step 11 (Collect evidence) in handoff.md between the build gate and Pre-RF Gate, renumbered Steps 11-12 → 12-13, and added §5 Evidence to the mandatory RF sections list. In review.md, 2 new Trust Protocol entries were added for evidence claims (VERIFIED → Verify, N/A → Challenge). In plan.md, a 3-line coordinator reminder about Evidence fields was added to Step 7. Additionally, a stale cross-reference in RF.md (TD-1 from Phase A REVIEW) was fixed.
Key decisions: (K1) Step 11 stays domain-agnostic — lists environment types, not specific tools; (K2) Never omit §5. as separate sentence from Never omit §7-9.; (K3) plan.md evidence reminder placed as sub-step 3 after budget check; (K4) Trust Protocol entries placed between "DoD met" and "No diagrams needed" for semantic grouping.

Deviations from TS¶
- File #5 (README.md): RF lists README.md Task Board update as a modified file. Not in TS §4 Affected Files list, but this is standard trace discipline (every phase updates the task board). Not a scope violation.
