1. Map¶
The executor updated research/base.md (Steps 0, 3, 4, 5, 6) and plan.md (Steps 6b, 6c, 7) to replace all old-convention paths with the new unified structure from Phase A. Three justified deviations: Step 6c in plan.md was also updated (DoF required it), a stale RES, comment was cleaned from Step 7, and base.md Step 5 was updated despite not being explicitly listed in TS §6.

4. Verdict¶
✅ APPROVE
Clean execution. All 3 ACs met with full grep verification. Deviations are justified (Step 6c required by DoF, Step 5 within AC-1 spirit, stale comment cleanup is benign). Both modified files are internally consistent and align with conventions.md §4 established in Phase A. Knowledge citations verified — no hallucinations. Observations correctly identify remaining PhaseA drift in out-of-scope files.
