15 terms, not 14. Coordinator confirmed that HL §4 deliverables list is the authoritative source and "Alternative" was omitted from TS AC-1 by oversight. Added as the 5th dimensional analysis term. Contract interpretation: TS AC-1 checklist count (14) was supplementary; HL deliverables list (15) takes precedence when user confirms the discrepancy.
Adapter sync = verbatim overwrite. Both source workflows and adapter files carry identical frontmatter (--- block with description:). Copied everything verbatim — no transformation, no merge. Zero risk of missed content vs. a manual merge.
Glossary section placement. ## Execution Gates inserted after ## Roles (before ## RESEARCH) — logical: execution gate terms apply to all roles. ## Research — Dimensional Analysis inserted after ## Read-only AG (before ## Phase) — collocated with existing RESEARCH-related terms.
