Understanding¶
The executor implemented a mandatory Knowledge Citation cascade across 3 roles (Coordinator → Executor → Reviewer). Coordinator does a full PV Index scan and writes a linked citation table in HL §7.2. Executor reads those citations, confirms reading, and reports in ONB §7 (can add NEW items). Reviewer verifies that all citation links actually resolve to real items in verify.md. Five canonical files modified (HL.md, ONB.md, verify.md, plan.md, handoff.md) + 2 adapter resyncs. Key decision: plan.md Step 3 item 4 was fully replaced (not amended) per coordinator answer; handoff.md citation instruction placed as sub-bullet under step 2.

Deviations from TS¶
- Adapter resyncs — RF lists 7 files (5 canonical + 2 adapters). TS §3 lists only 5. This was anticipated in ONB §5 Risk #1: "adapters need resync" — executor proactively identified this. Deviation is additive and within scope budgets.
- verify.md Checkpoint — RF decision #3 says old KNOWLEDGE.md self-check was preserved AND new citation check added (not replaced). TS Step 4 says "replace current KNOWLEDGE.md bullet." Executor chose to preserve + extend. Need to verify in Step 2 whether this is correct.
