2. Ключевые решения

  1. REVIEW.md §5 placement: TS said "After §4 Verdict" but REVIEW template §4 is "Traces Updated", §2 is "Verdict". Added §5 FC after §4 (end of review), which is the logical position per HL intent.
  2. Adapter sync: All 5 existing adapters are byte-identical copies of canonical workflows. Used cp to overwrite after modifying canonicals, ensuring exact sync.
