2. Ключевые решения

  1. Antigravity pattern override (Q1 из ONB): TS Step 3 указывал сделать .agent/workflows/tfw-init.md как копию Claude Code команды. Фактически все существующие .agent/workflows/ файлы — полные копии .tfw/workflows/. Согласовано с координатором: следовать существующему паттерну. Antigravity файл = полная копия workflow.
  2. Workflow line count: 134 строки — в пределах лимита 200 (DoF §1).
  3. Pointer line count: 20 строк — в пределах лимита 30 (AC §6).

3. Acceptance Criteria

  • [x] .claude/commands/tfw-init.md exists with role lock and reference to workflow

  • [x] CLAUDE.md.template contains /tfw-init in slash commands table
  • [x] Old .tfw/init.md replaced with pointer (20 lines ≤ 30)
  • [x] Workflow references /tfw-research formally in Phase 3
  • [x] Workflow creates {PREFIX}-1 as first task in Phase 2

  • Tests (echo "configure your test command"): passed (placeholder)

  • File diff: .agent/workflows/tfw-init.md identical to .tfw/workflows/init.md (0 differences)

5. Observations (out-of-scope, not modified)
