Map — "What was done?"

Mindset: Experienced newcomer. You arrived after someone else's work. Understand before you judge. No opinions yet — only comprehension. Test: "Can I explain what was done to someone who hasn't read the RF?" RF: RF — TFW_20260830-114238_ASSISTED15 TS: TS — TFW_20260830-114238_ASSISTED15

Understanding

The executor rebuilt the public Assisted edition as a standalone Russian-authoritative 1.5 product while keeping the product delta to exactly 35 paths under editions/: 25 additions, seven modifications, and retirement of three exact stock lifecycle hooks. The implementation combines five role skills, fail-closed local identity, neutral offline templates, public-only version history, and an asymmetric maintenance bridge in which clean accepted stock may move public→downstream while downstream→public remains a privacy-safe reviewed candidate; the real mixed Innoforce lineage is used only as read-only P6 evidence.

The implementation uses separate manifest, policy, private operation record, and public-candidate authorities. Its stated safety model is default-deny path classification, immutable staging and baseline rechecks for forward changes, zero-write identity fallback when locality is not positively established, restricted CSS/SVG template customization, manual lifecycle as the normative baseline, and explicit human acceptance after independent review.

TS ↔ RF Alignment

TS requirement RF claim Aligned?
AC-1 — release boundary, standalone package, version/history, and 35-path/4,800-line ceiling RF §§1, 3, 4 claims a standalone uninitialized 1.5, product-only 35-path delta, 3,230 changed lines, and no forbidden baseline diff
AC-2 — portable acyclic manifest/policy and exact hook retirement RF §§2–4 claims closed canonical records, default-deny path handling, deterministic hashes, and retirement of only the three known-stock hooks
AC-3 — complete preflight, race stop, partial-failure honesty, and linked recovery RF §§2–4 claims immutable staging, baseline/race checks, a create-once partial report, and a separate linked recovery report
AC-4 — five-skill lifecycle, manual baseline, reusable independent roles, no hooks RF §§1–5 claims all five skill/metadata pairs, manual/autonomous role contracts, hook absence, shipped V11 fixtures, and defers only the live Reviewer leg to this review stage
AC-5 — installed state and customization preservation RF §§2–4 claims the populated P2 fixture preserved project, work, people, knowledge, templates, overlay, unknown paths, unrelated .codex, and Full namespace bytes
AC-6 — asymmetric reverse promotion, privacy projection, and real-source P6 RF §§2–4 claims byte-identical public projections from secret-different inputs, no public-core mutation, semantic/privacy review requirement, and read-only P6 treatment of the field tree
AC-7 — identity semantics, surname/collision behavior, and zero-write fallback RF §§2–4 claims Cyrillic/Latin surname handling, collision and profile/binding cardinality fixtures, Assisted-only namespace, and zero-write session fallback
AC-8 — operation-time locality and race defense RF §§2–4 claims Windows ancestor/reparse checks, live lock, project-root/foreign-lock/junction zero-write cases, re-probing, and bounded threat-model disclosure
AC-9 — useful neutral offline templates and restricted TI1 RF §§1–4 claims complete note/work-plan/A4/presentation examples, strict six-property CSS and shape-only SVG, four blocked-network renders, and inspection of 16 pages
AC-10 — public neutrality and product-wide agreement RF §§2–4 claims cross-file version/lifecycle/identity/template agreement and zero organization, person, path, brand, logo, or private-history residue
AC-11 — complete deterministic V1–V12 release matrix RF §§3–5 claims two complete clean runs with V1–V12 true, repeated identity/template tests, task-state validation, and an identical evidence summary hash
AC-12 — both maintenance directions, source immutability, and no publication RF §§2–5 claims clean P2 forward preservation, candidate-only reverse, equal 29-row field inventories with stable pre/post digests, and no push/tag/publication; independent acceptance is deferred to this review

Deviations from TS

No implementation scope deviation is declared in the RF. The affected-file topology differs from the first approved TS commit only through the Coordinator's ONB corrections recorded in commit 0e370cc: maintainer tooling was restored to the frozen editions/maintenance/ topology and the neutral mark to шаблоны/assets/tfw-mark.svg, without adding a product path or changing a frozen claim.

Two evidence conclusions are intentionally incomplete at Executor handoff: EV E4 and E12 defer the live independent-Reviewer lineage, semantic judgment, both-direction acceptance, and source-immutability acceptance until a terminal RF exists. ONB Q3 assigns those conclusions to this review without allowing the Reviewer to rewrite EV or RF. Their truth remains to be established in Verify and Judge; this Map records only the declared lifecycle ordering.

The executor added detailed task-local evidence scripts and 47 evidence attachments beyond the five evidence categories named in TS §5. They are within the TS-authorized task-local evidence/RF scope and do not add product paths.

Checkpoint

Self-check: - [x] Read RF §1–§5 completely? - [x] Read TS DoD and matched each item to RF §3? - [x] Read HL §7 Principles — can I state the design philosophy? - [x] Read ONB — were blocking questions resolved?
