RF §3 confirms |
Notes
- The two
TFW v3 hits in README.md (lines 112, 120) are Task Board descriptive text (Upgrade to TFW v3 task title and Replace stale "TFW v3" labels task description), not version labels. Correct to leave untouched.
- RF correctly calls out 20 replacements across 10 files. HL counted 14 occurrences in 8 files; the delta (6 more, 2 more files) is accounted for by
README.md (3 occurrences: H1, line 75, line 95) and AGENTS.md (1 occurrence) — both listed in TS §3 but not in the HL count table. Count is consistent end-to-end.
- Key Decision 1 (use
TFW 0.4 not TFW 0.4.2 in headings) is well-reasoned and aligns with HL §3 rationale.
- ONB Recommendation 2 (
AGENTS.md: drop version entirely rather than substitute 0.4) was implemented. Verified: AGENTS.md line 4 now reads Follow TFW conventions…. This is a minor, sensible deviation from the TS literal (Follow TFW 0.4…); it is strictly better (downstream projects copying this file won’t inherit a stale version label). Deviation acceptable.
2. Verdict
✅ APPROVE
All TS acceptance criteria are met. The grep audit confirms zero stale TFW v3 version strings in scope. The Evolution section is intact. The PR is open. No functional content was altered. Observations are reported and constitute low-severity tech debt only. The AGENTS.md deviation (dropping version label rather than substituting TFW 0.4) is an improvement over the TS literal.

Downstream projects that already copied this template will still have TFW v3 in their .agent/rules/tfw.md until they re-copy from the updated template. No automated migration exists. |
