2. Key Decisions
TFW 0.4 over TFW 0.4.2 — Major.minor only in headings; patch changes on every release and would require sweeping documentation on every patch bump. Headings reference the generation, not the patch.- Evolution section preserved —
.tfw/README.md lines 266–290 contain v3 as a historical section heading (### v3 — Tool-Agnostic Core). This is factually correct and intentional; it was left untouched.
- Scope budget exception noted — TS flagged 10 modified files exceeding the ≤7 budget. All changes were mechanical single-string substitutions. No logic or structure was altered. ONB acknowledged this; executor proceeded.
- Fork-based PR — Local git identity (
VadimJCA) does not have write access to saubakirov/trace-first-starter. Created fork VadimJCA/trace-first-starter, pushed branch there, opened PR to upstream.
