1. Root README.md table inconsistency. The “Root Files” table has a blank line between KNOWLEDGE.md and TECH_DEBT.md (line 53-54). This was noted as observation in Phase A RF. TS says to add RELEASE.md — I will add it to this table. Not fixing the blank line (out of scope).

1. .tfw/README.md §Canonical Workflows currently says “three canonical workflows” — same inconsistency as conventions.md (which Phase B already fixed to “five”). Will update to “five” per TS.
